YOUR ROLE
As a CSR at Brown's Automotive, you will serve as the initial welcoming presence for our esteemed customers greeting them with warmth and professionalism and delivering exemplary service from initiation to conclusion.
Your responsibilities encompass managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, being active in our social media and marketing plans, and maintaining a full-service itinerary.
With meticulous attention to detail, you will assist in checking in and documenting vehicles dropped off the previous night, engage with patrons upon their arrival for service, and ensure continuous communication throughout the process.
