YOUR ROLE
As a CSR at Brown's Automotive, you will serve as the initial welcoming presence for our esteemed customers greeting them with warmth and professionalism and delivering exemplary service from initiation to conclusion.
Your responsibilities encompass managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, being active in our social media and marketing plans, and maintaining a full-service itinerary.
With meticulous attention to detail, you will assist in checking in and documenting vehicles dropped off the previous night, engage with patrons upon their arrival for service, and ensure continuous communication throughout the process.
Your exceptional communication skills will shine as you explain invoices, process payments, and deliver unparalleled satisfaction.
Your genuine enthusiasm for automobiles will be evident as you actively seek referrals, facilitate car care club memberships, and curate testimonials.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid driver's license
- Punctuality and reliability
- Ability to get along with others
- Ability to work independently and with direction
- Organizational skills and attention to detail

Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required!
