This includes the tactical responsibilities of project management, validating new prospects, real estate negotiations, competitiveness analyses, local permitting, due diligence work, regulatory compliance, tax incentives and supporting financial underwriting to prepare a utility scale renewables project for construction and operation - all with the backing of an experienced, supportive, and collaborative development team!

You will have the opportunity to work on-site directly with your teammates in a hybrid work environment to quickly get up to speed and have an impact day 1. You will participate in early-stage siting and prospecting analysis and review, sharing your experience with the Development Analyst team to guide strategic project go, no-go decisions.

You will find our development team to be a hard-working but very supportive environment, where you can learn from professionals with decades of energy and development experience across multiple technologies and disciplines. You will be engaged in project financial analyses, incentive strategies and financings.

This role is focused on growth - growth of our development pipeline and growth of the candidate. Employees are expected to develop skills, and work largely independently.
