Brinkley Heights Urban Academy is Hiring a Development Director Near Memphis, TN
We are seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of development director. This person would be responsible for building a development strategy: planning, finding funding sources, soliciting funding from corporations, individuals, churches, foundations, etc, public relations/branding, planning events, and updating the website. He/She would also be involved with the school’s board of directors and giving development reports at meetings, maintaining a social media presence, building information packets, speaking to churches/organizations on behalf of the school, and other development related tasks assigned by the executive director.
Skills/qualities preferred: networking, marketing, teachable, team player, willing to learn and be all in
(Salary based on experience, work would be on site)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
- Fundraising: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
