Position Summary:
The Business Development Manager is a critical member of the development team that acts as the external facing representative of BrightView across all organizational levels. The Community Outreach Manager’s primary role is to achieve target census and admission objectives through focused referral generation and strategic brand-building initiatives. This individual will act as the community liaison/outside sales representative for BrightView’s varied locations and service lines to identify, establish, and maintain communication and relationships with potential referring partners in the respective communities in which BrightView serves. They are responsible for attending community events, being a liaison with health systems, facilitating interaction with the criminal justice community, and interfacing with complimentary service providers in the substance use disorder marketplace.
