• Develop and implement a “concierge” model for on-boarding new employees, including company orientation and job orientation • Manage performance review process • Review the industry accreditation and compliance regulations to ensure HR practices meet current requirements • Update HR policies & procedures regularly• Support field operations with: • Leave Management • Employee relations/conflict management • Recruiting • Recognition and development programs• Job descriptions • Exit interviews and analysis • Acquisition integration • Other HR initiatives or special projects as assigned
• 5 years HR Generalist or specialist experience, or equivalent combination of education & experience • Working knowledge of HR laws, practices, policies and models • Ability to handle multiple priorities with appropriate level of urgency • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor based on organization level • Excellent interpersonal skills with emphasis on service to support our branches • Highly proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and excellent working knowledge of HR systems • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR or related field • Certificate in Human Resources preferred (PHR, SPHR or university certification)
