- Seek out, targets, and initiate contact with multiple prospective customers.
- Create new business through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Establish and build profitable service relationships between new customers and our company.
- Build and manage long-term customer relationships with big companies.
- Sell, renew, and expand service agreements, including multiyear agreements, to both new and existing customers.
- Effectively write, and present proposals. Solicit support from and communicate effectively with internal staff.
- Keep management informed of progress and account status.
- Cross-sell our various services: truck washing, janitorial, security guards, etc.
- Minimum 3 years of field experience selling janitorial/maintenance services, Logistics/Supply Chain or security guard services.
- Superior communication and customer service skills.
- Have excellent planning, organization, and time management skills and be able to multi-task.
- Be able to interact effectively at all levels and across different cultures.
- Existing contacts with building owners/operators, transportation, or commercial customers.
- Self-motivated.
- Action-oriented with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to work within a team environment.
- Develop executive-level relationships with key decision-makers.
- Analyze opportunities for clients and develop tailored service programs.
- Oversee preparation and presentation of proposals to clients.
- Work closely with our operations managers to ensure a high level of service.
- Establish weekly reporting plans.
