Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Office Manager to oversee the administrative operations of our office. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing healthcare or dental offices and possess knowledge of medical administrative support systems such as Eaglesoft, eClinicalWorks, or Dentrix.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative staff
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
- Coordinate and oversee patient scheduling and billing processes
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Handle human resources functions including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with medical staff to optimize patient care delivery
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing a healthcare or dental office
- Knowledge of medical management practices and procedures
- Familiarity with Eaglesoft, eClinicalWorks, or Dentrix software systems
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
