Office Assistant
Are you a task-oriented hard-worker with a high attention to detail? Do you have a positive attitude and a willingness to complete tasks quickly and efficiently? Are you looking for a job where every day is different and the office is friendly and welcoming? Then we want you to join our team!
Hours are 8 am - 5 pm and we are looking for 20-40 hours per week. Applicants with flexible schedules are welcome to apply as long as they can work between 8 am and 5 pm.
The main responsibilities are listed below. Please note that the percentages of the responsibilities may change with the seasons. Busy seasons are spring (April-June: sports, graduations, greeks), fall (August-October: sports, school pictures, greeks) and winter (November-December: sports, graduations).
Project Production (60% of position)
Identifying photographed subjects from our various photography markets (sports, school pictures, graduation, greeks, etc.) using our easy-to-learn online system of matching and marketing to families. Projects are task-based and completing them involves working independently and collaboratively. May also include tasks such as:
Customer Service (20% of position)
Providing friendly and helpful service to our valued customers so that they feel heard and helped. Phone and email are main modes of interaction as very few customers visit our office in-person.
General Office Support (20% of position)

About Us
The office has an adorable and sweet-natured poodle named Baron (he is hypoallergenic). We are located on multiple bus lines, only 4 blocks from Camp Randall on Monroe street, and a short car/bike/moped ride away from downtown Madison. We are across the street from Trader Joe's and surrounded by cute shops, good coffee, and excellent restaurants.
Our office environment is laid back and family-like, but we also have high expectations for our employees to work hard and provide the best quality service to our customers.
