- Contribute significantly to the organization's growth plan through the creation and management of strong corporate and foundation partnerships
- Manage the full lifecycle of a portfolio consisting primarily of national corporate and foundation donors and prospects
- Develop proposals, manage relationships with partners, create and provide impact reports to partners
- Participate in peer mentorship within the organization
- Promote DEI practices within fundraising initiatives
- Collaborate with the VP of Development and serve as a thought partner
- Travel as needed, approximately 20% of the time
- Approximately 7 years of relevant development experience with a national reach
- Bachelor's degree required
- Demonstrated track record of securing multi-year 6- and 7- figure gifts strongly preferred
- Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of DEI principals
- Ability to be adaptable and versatile
- Travel throughout the U.S. as needed, approximately 20% of the time
