Work Hours
- This is a full-time position 40-45 hours
- Monday through Saturday, hours 8:00 am-5 pm
Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with automotive questions and scheduling
- Building customer relationships by listening to customers and providing solutions accurately and in a timely manner
- Describe our packages and warranties confidently as the best in the automotive industry and close appointments with customers
- Participate in required training
- Keeping non-public customer information confidential.
- Maintaining detailed customer records.
- Other duties as assigned

- High School Diploma
- Computer proficiency
- Strong listening skills when conversing with customers
- Passionate about Brakes 4 Less and your work
- Customer service experience with the ability to converse and connect with customers
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Works well with different personalities in the workplace and a strong communicator
