Boys and Girls Clubs of Indianapolis is an after school program as a school site location at Jonathan Jennings Elementary serving youth members in grades K-5th. We provide educational and enrichment activities such as arts, stem, gym as well as homework assistance.

Overview:

Are you someone who can multitask and complete small projects? Are you interested in working with youth? Then this position is for you! We are seeking a Front Desk and Data Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for completing administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Input data into a computer and enroll members into program daily

- Answer and respond to calls and messages

- Assist with paperwork and flyers for youth program

- Assist with family nights and other events

- Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized

Skills:

- Proficiency in using phone systems

- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office

- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous

- Ability to manage front desk operations effectively

- Ability to learn new systems for BGCA ran programs

Pay: $11.00 - $12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
