Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring guest satisfaction. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously.

Duties:
- Greet guests warmly and provide them with necessary information about the hotel
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and empathy
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Perform night audit duties, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports
- Assist with guest relations by providing recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, etc.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and knowledge of phone systems
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Bilingual skills (multilingual is a plus) to effectively communicate with diverse guests
- Familiarity with hotel management software systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Experience in night audit procedures is preferred but not required
- Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
