DUTIES
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Register guests and assign rooms, ensuring all necessary information is obtained
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
- Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as required
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Knowledge of hotel management systems is a plus
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, and holidays
