We are seeking a Help Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP) to provide best-in-class support to our client base. The Help Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP) will work closely with the L1's to resolve their escalations.

Your role will heavily involve leveraging the capabilities of MS Office 365 and Azure, as well as hands-on experience with desktops, networking (including Cisco and SonicWall), and managing servers.

Help Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP) Responsibilities :

• Windows 2012, 2016 & 2019 and 2022 Server roles
• Onsite installing, troubleshooting, and managing Microsoft products (Windows 10, and MS Office application suite)
• Microsoft 365, Azure Entra ID, GPO, switches and firewalls
• Technical aptitude and hands-on experience with the following technologies : Windows Server, Exchange Server, Active Directory,
• Firewalls, DNS, DHCP, VMWare, Office 365, Microsoft Office Application and Microsoft Office
• Networking Administration, Cisco, SonicWall, Network Security
