Salary Range: $55, 000 - $65, 000 / year DOE Administrative Assistant Requirements:
2 years of experience working with highly organized and detailed-oriented professionals in an administrative role
Real estate industry experience, particularly in commercial property management, is preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
Ability to maintain composure under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for efficient task management and data entry
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and quickly pivot between tasks to meet daily requirements
Excellent interpersonal skills to handle client communication professionally and address inquiries or concerns
Willingness to learn new systems and tools, demonstrating continuous improvement in administrative tasks
Ability to work cohesively with a team while maintaining a supportive and cooperative environment
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
Support management with administrative tasks like calendar management, e-filing, and data entry
Coordinate insurance certificates, prepare meeting agendas, and assist with inputting work orders into the system
Manage security contracts and client communication with flexibility and reliability
Accurately handle administrative paperwork and manage tasks
Provide seamless support by demonstrating proactive assistance and critical thinking
Respond promptly to emails and text threads, prioritizing urgent messages and efficiently handling work orders
Maintain and update work orders in the system to ensure accurate records
Schedule and manage calendar appointments to keep the team organized and prepared
Organize and file documents while keeping contact lists updated
Prioritize daily tasks, adjusting to changing circumstances and needs
