Your main responsibilities will be to provide excellent customer service, assist with inquiries and complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
– Provide exceptional customer service to all customers who visit our store, call or email us
– Act as the face and voice of our company, greeting customers with a warm and friendly attitude
– Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and returns in a timely and efficient manner
– Work closely with other team members to resolve customer complaints and concerns
– Maintain a high level of product knowledge to accurately answer customer questions
– Process customer orders and payments accurately and efficiently
– Keep track of inventory levels and assist in creating backorders when necessary
– Prepare and send out quotes for custom orders, ensuring all details are correctly entered
– Keep our customer database updated with accurate customer information, notes, and correspondence
– Other duties as assigned by the Store Manager
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a related field
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
– Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50lbs
