Position Summary

As an Administrative Assistant you will support operations, perform general office duties, A/R, invoicing, billing, collections filing, and provide customer service. This is a valuable position to the success of the office.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an office assistant or another relevant administrative role in property restoration
• Working knowledge of office equipment
• Attention to detail
• Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strength with handling deadlines
• Ability to learn quickly and flexible with change
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Excel
