- Create and update various documents, such as reports, memos, and spreadsheets
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, phone calls, and emails
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain office supplies and inventory levels
- File and organize documents, ensuring they are easily accessible
- Provide support to Customer Service, Billing, Sales and Production Departments if needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Knowledge of office equipment and procedures
- Bilingual (English/Spanish), a plus
