BlueHalo is looking for Systems Systems Analyst. The sucessfull candidate will support the Director of Engineering Integration (CEI) by serving as an Integration Readiness Lead (IRL), focusing specifically on the Terminal High-Altitude Air Defense (THAAD) system inHuntsville, AL. As an IRL, you will help to identify and champion system-level concerns with THAAD in regard to the Missile Defense System (MDS). You will coordinate with the Element's development team to track the system-level concerns identified and maintain a status on the path(s)-forward for resolution. The IRL will act as a liaison between the THAAD program and the MDA Chief Engineer's office for applicable tasks such as Action Item resolution, status briefs, etc. Your focus on THAAD, within the MDS, means that you can/will potentially serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on THAAD within the MDA Chief Engineer's (CE) Office, furthering the scope of impact you will contribute.
As the THAAD IRL, you will help to identify and champion System-level concerns with THAAD in regard to the Missile Defense System (MDS) to include: Tracking and maintaining identified system-level concerns Working with your system's development teams to track the concerns and project if/when/how those concern will be mitigated in future development efforts. Reporting the status of the tracked concerns to leadership Participating in fielding decisions associated with your designated system(s) by representing the CE in the assessment of applicable concerns in the system up for decision.
