PingWind is seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst with 7-10 years of relevant experience in business process analysis, mapping, and re-engineering. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in analyzing and optimizing business processes, with a preference for experience and expertise in Microsoft Power Apps and SharePoint Online. This role involves gathering and analyzing customer requirements, designing workflow automation, and contributing to knowledge management.

Responsibilities

· Coordinate and participate in gathering customer requirements.

· Analyze business processes and their integration with technology, identifying areas for improvement.

· Translate end-user requirements into specifications for SharePoint solution design and development.

· Create business process flow charts to depict customer business processes visually.

· Streamline, refine, and reduce redundancy in business processes through re-engineering practices.

· Promote collaborative capabilities in SharePoint to improve efficiency and productivity.

· Contribute to internal business processes for SharePoint customizations, including documentation, requirements gathering, testing, and development of best practices.

· Design, workflows to automate steps and notifications in business processes.

· Coordinate with the Management Support Division on the Command Records Management Program.

· Review and improve practices for maintaining and archiving institutional knowledge.

· Research and analyze new technologies for practical incorporation.

· Suggest and implement continuous business and work process improvements.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.

· Secret security clearance

· 7-10 years of experience in business systems analysis or a related field.

· Strong understanding of business process analysis, mapping, and re-engineering.

· Experience with Microsoft Power Apps and SharePoint Online preferred.

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

· Knowledge of best practices in security, performance, and scalability for SharePoint deployments.

Preferred Qualifications

· Ability to obtain Security certification.

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

· Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, crucial for working with various stakeholders.

· Project management skills, including experience with Agile methodologies.
