We are looking for a mid to senior career Data Systems Analyst to support our NASA customer for our MIPSS contract located at Marshall Space Flight Center to start immediately! Victory Solutions offers competitive benefits, flexible work schedules and an exciting mission!
Principal Duties and Responsibilities May Include:

• Interface with personnel in the Space launch System (SLS) Program and Cross Program Information and Configuration Management Working Group (ICMWG) partners to support data accessibility and sharing via the provided suite of tools/systems.
• Support the Artemis Task Team Tracker (A3T) tool used for the SLS Task Team process.
• Support the SLS Configuration and Data Management (CDM) Office in CDM related process implementations relative to data exchange and storage.
• Track progress of action items originating from SLS and Cross Program control boards.
• Perform integration and/or analysis of data, products, and systems tools as requested.
• Develop and maintain collaborative portals and wikis to support customer requirements.
• Create process/work instructions for both end users and administrators of various tools.
• Participate in audits of program data as requested.
• Handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and other export control or proprietary contractor data, following NASA and MSFC requirements and guidelines.
• Co-facilitate the ICMWG Data Integrator team.

Job Specifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 10 years of applicable experience required, or Associate's degree and 12 years' experience, or High School Diploma and 14 additional years' experience. A Master's degree may be used to substitute for 3 years of experience.
• Knowledge of managing technical data in automated CDM tools is required.
• Working knowledge of IT and automated data management tools is required.
• Wiki and Jira development experience highly desired.
• Experience with handling sensitive data is highly desired.
• General web development (e.g., SharePoint, Liferay, HTML, Javascript) experience is desired.
• Experience with permission management / role-based access control / user provisioning desired.
• Experience with Windchill desired.
• Knowledge of Model Based Systems Engineering / Digital Thread / Digital Transformation is desired.
• Professional CDM certification such as National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) CDM certification or equivalent is desired.
• Ability to obtain clearance/access onsite at NASA MSFC required.
• US Citizenship required.
