Primary Responsibilities

• Work directly with our local Regional Director to support them in a variety of areas:
• Business Development – referral partner and prospective client follow-up
• Scheduling – oversee phones and client scheduling system and participate in on call coverage
• Human Resources – act as an employee advocate in a variety of human resources tasks like hiring, on boarding, orientation, etc.
• Quality Assurance – act a client advocate in a variety of quality assurance tasks like on boarding, assessments, etc.
• Outreach, Finance, and Administration
• This is a full-time position.
