As an HR Business Analyst, you will report to the Senior Manager of HR Information Systems and Process Management. You'll work closely with the Workday Application Services team and other HR teams. You will play a key role as a servant leader in an Agile environment focused on a specific area of HR. You will support a fast-paced operation that is focused on maturing HR infrastructure and service delivery to continuously improve the employee experience at Blue Origin.
We are looking for someone who knows how to collaborate cross-functionally, is ready to apply top-notch analytical skills, and is committed to delivering quality results. Passion for our mission and vision is required!
