Position Summary

We are seeking a Program Manager who will be responsible for managing a large-scale staff augmentation program, with resources allocated across multiple projects or workstreams that include both technical (Development, Testing, Architecture, Business Analysis, Product Owner, etc.) and non-technical (Project Management) roles. The Program Manager is responsible for the hiring, onboarding, and support of team members assigned to the program. Working closely with sales, client stakeholders, functional leaders, human resources and delivery operations, the Program Operations Manager will ensure the successful delivery of high-performing program team members. Responsibilities

• Goal setting, timeline tracking and reporting for each initiative
• Prioritization schedule and impact analysis reporting to internal and external stakeholders
• Articulation of impact to key roles within the program and revenue recognition, where applicable
• Work closely with client stakeholders and sales to identify upcoming resource needs
• Partner with human resources recruiting to identify the appropriate candidates with the required skill sets for consideration
• Support recruiting efforts through phone screens and submission of resource profiles to client stakeholders for consideration 
• Lead the onboarding process and tasks to onboard each team member efficiently to their appropriate project team or workstream
• Identify opportunities for improvement across the program in the areas of onboarding, communications, performance and team morale in partnership with the client PMO office
• Meet with team members on a regular cadence to ensure each team member is set up for success, without blockers
• Host weekly team meetings to uncover issues or identify areas for improvement across the program
• Serve as a point of escalation for all team members when an issue or concern is encountered, to determine the best path towards resolution
• Perform other duties as requested

Skills 

• 5 years experience as a program/operations manager. Impeccable organizational and program management skills
• Strong ecommerce ecosystem knowledge (Adobe Commerce, AEM preferred) 
• Experience working with Enterprise clients
• Ability to present to and earn the trust of a diverse team at the Executive level
• Excellent communication skills. Team player who seeks solutions to problems and can quickly translate ambiguity to clarity and action
• The ability to lead and guide teams and create confidence across our extended team that they can deliver
• The ability to prioritize effectively and balance multiple simultaneous initiatives
• The ability to think incrementally and develop approaches, options and sequencing to large complex initiatives
• Ability to build and scale teams
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery principles and practices (SAFE preferred)
