Join Our Team as an Safety Advisor Program Manager!This position is responsible for the development and administration of the comprehensive EHS laboratory inspection program for the University. We’re seeking a dedicated individual to join our EHS Department as a Safety Advisor Program Manager. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in designing the program, assigning and/or scheduling inspections, conducting and documenting inspections for the purpose of minimizing risk associated with a wide array of EHS hazards including chemical and physical, radiation and radioactive materials, biological materials, fire and life safety, and environmental/hazardous waste.Primary Responsibilities:Facilitates and provides necessary subject-specific training to Safety Advisor team members. Encourages cross-training within the EHS department.Monitors individual team member performance in the inspection process andidentifies gaps and deficiencies in training and/or performance.Sets clear goals for each team member in collaboration with EHSmanagement. Provides regular feedback on performance to all parties.Develops expertise in the function and performance of the EHS-Assistant platform as it relates to the comprehensive lab inspection program.
