Rowe Solution is seeking an Administrative Analyst who will play a vital role in supporting our CEO. We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic candidate who will contribute to the growth of this rapidly advancing company.
Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage calendars, ensuring effective scheduling and coordination
Provide valuable support in business proposal writing, contributing to the development of compelling and persuasive proposals
Comfortably handle light accounting tasks, maintaining accurate records and assisting with financial reporting
Strong skills in business writing preferred, enabling the creation of clear and professional communications
Bilingual Spanish a plus
Proficiently manage schedules, ensuring smooth operations and timely completion of tasks
Education:
An AA or BA degree is preferred, demonstrating a solid foundation in relevant principles and practices. However, a minimum of 2-3 years of industry experience will also be considered.
Experience:
1 -3 years experience in administrative or analyst roles
Proven track record of providing high-level support to executives.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
Skills:
Self-starter with a proactive approach, demonstrating the ability to work independently and take initiative
Strong drive and motivation to excel in all assigned tasks
Excellent writing ability, capable of crafting engaging and polished content
Government relations experience is a plus, showcasing an understanding of working with government agencies
Marketing skills, enabling the promotion of our services and fostering client engagement
Proficiency in site maintenance, ensuring our online presence remains up-to-date and appealing
