HIRING URGENTLY

Pay Rate: $25.00 - $30.00 p/hr DOE

Schedule: 8AM - 4:30PM; 40 hrs p/week

Payroll Assistant II Job Description:

• Process payroll for hourly and salaried employees.
• Provide assistance in entering and paying all wage garnishments. Process property payroll transfer reports.
• Ensure benefits deductions are accurate.
• Conduct audits to ensure accuracy and maintain data integrity.
• Provide support to leadership team for various other accounting related projects.

Payroll Assistant II Qualifications:

• Minimum High School Diploma / GED
• 3 years experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), QuickBooks and Pay Choice, Payroll Associates experience preferred.

Other titles include: invoice, payroll technician, clerical, administrative assistant, finance
