Job Summary

The Workday Payroll Support Analyst II will take the lead in supporting the technical aspects of our Workday Payroll System. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the efficient functioning of the Workday U.S. Payroll and Time Tracking modules. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of U.S. payroll processes.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead technical support efforts for Workday U.S. Payroll, resolving complex issues and providing guidance to the payroll team. 

• Configure and maintain Workday U.S. Payroll and Time Tracking modules, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of payroll data. 

• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams such as Absence, Compensation, Benefits, and Operations to gather requirements, provide technical solutions, and drive system enhancements. 

• Organize and lead team meetings, contributing insights, and fostering a collaborative work environment. 

• Document and maintain comprehensive records of processes, configurations, and issue resolutions. 

• Lead the testing and implementation of Workday U.S. Payroll updates and enhancements. 

• Communicate effectively with end-users, vendors, and team members, providing clear and concise technical guidance. 

• Support of the Controllership team’s SOX configurable controls within Workday U.S. Payroll, ensuring configurable controls are designed appropriately and operating effectively. 

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• 4-6 years related experience

• Workday Payroll Certification or equivalent 

• Familiarity with relevant regulations and laws governing US payroll processes
