Responsibilities:
Our PartnerGo-to-Market team is looking for a Product Manager who will lead the vision andcreation of B2B e-commerce capabilities that fuel our digital partnerexperiences worldwide! We need a team player who has a passion for solvingproblems with digital solutions and crafting premier experiences that removefriction and deliver value to our customers. Our B2B platform is the foundationupon which we are building the future for the way we do business with all ourpartners around the globe.
As a ProductManager on the organization.Partners product team, you will create world-class digitalexperiences for our One the organizationMarketplace. This role will help define andexecute the product vision and strategy, manage the end-to-end lifecycle offeatures, and help identify market opportunities to take advantage of. You willcraft a thorough roadmap and product priorities based on a deep understandingof customer and user needs, insights and a strong handle on in-depth dataanalysis.
While workingwithin a larger product team, you will be a leader who effectively prioritizesresources appropriately to achieve business objectives. You will also partnerwith executives across multiple functions to develop a cohesive productstrategy, product roadmap, and to ensure business objectives are met andexceeded. Above all, you will be a constant champion for the needs of ourcustomers.
Requirements:
·Enjoyworking with ambiguity with a proven track record of defining and propelling anemergent, growing product space
·Be aleader and team player – able to rally teams around your ideas and bringstakeholders along the journey
·Be avisionary – able to create and continuously improve product vision and roadmapthat brings transformational change to the organization
·Begreat at execution – able to drive teams to deliver what was promised withgreat attention to detail; able to clearly define requirements, scope, userflows/diagrams
·Betechnically savvy – able to lead product directions on complex technicalproducts with a good understanding of system architecture
·Be afast learner – able to continuously seek and absorb new information andtechnological advances in the relevant product space
·Be agreat collaborator – able to proactively build trusting relationships acrossthe organization Digital organization to launch your product
·Be anexperienced product manager with 3 years of digital product background. Provensuccess stories of launching scalable technology platform features withmeaningful outcomes.
·Beable to use analytics: Measure clear product KPIs and maintain a productscorecard. Derive clear insights, and build expected outcome models. Capturemetrics to measure how a product is performing and how it can be improved.Ensure on-going monitoring of post-launch results through analysis andreporting.
·Beable to leverage data and customer insights to generate ideas for experiments,create detailed A/B testing plans and measure test results.
·Becontinuously monitoring and sharing relevant technology trends, competitiveofferings and best-of-breed executions.
·Abilityto work in JIRA, Confluence and Balsamiq.
·Provenexperience with e-commerce experiences is strongly preferred.
·BA/BSdegree required, MBA preferred.
