BICP is Hiring a Product Manager, Data Analytics Near Beaverton, OR

BICP, a leader in the delivery of innovative cloud ecosystems and advanced analytics data products for large enterprise customers, is looking to hire a Product Manager to join our Data Products Delivery team embedded at a Fortune 100 retail client in Beaverton, Oregon. SPM will be expected to drive the road map and priorities for data products, helping to scale out analytics reporting in areas such as planning, demand, and supply management; Gather requirements from cross-functional partners across multiple orgs; Define and prioritize stories that allow us to build world class solutions; Work closely with analytics and engineering teams to deliver on program and sprint objectives and commitments; Build assets that sell the vision, enable others, and build excitement; Lead the end -to-end lifecycle of foundational data products, from conception through launch and strategize and execute on growth initiatives in operating live products and capabilities.

What you will support:

  • Run fluid intake and prioritization process to develop a product.
  • Develop feature and release roadmap based on business targets, in-depth data analysis, and a clear understanding of business objectives in our space.
  • Effectively craft project plans based on priorities, setting clear, measurable objectives, and deploying team resources appropriately to achieve business goals.
  • Collaborate with key technology and engineering partners to bring products to life.
  • Remove obstacles and help align the organization to achieve success.
  • Clearly articulate the product roadmap, vision, priorities, and requirements to multiple partners in both written and oral formats.
  • Gather and incorporate feedback from a diverse range of partners including digital, technology, engineering, analytics, platform, business, and legal teams.
  • Continuously supervise and share relevant technology trends, driven offerings, and competitive executions.
  • Define product critical metrics, derive key insights, drive reporting tools, and devise and execute experiments and multi-variant tests to find product solutions.

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology or equivalent.
  • 3 years of experience in an analytics-related occupation with prior leadership experience.
  • Familiar with at least one following BI tool: Tableau, Cognos, MicroStrategy or PowerBI.
  • Familiar with at least one relational database: Oracle, DB2 or Teradata.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Solid SQL and reporting UX & Design knowledge.
  • Familiar with Data architecture and Data modeling concepts.
  • Experience with one of the following cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP or Snowflake.
  • Consumer products or retail data analysis experience preferred but not required.

We offer competitive compensation and a terrific work/life balance. Our team is onsite in Beaverton Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu and remote on Fridays.
