BICP, a leader in Data Analytics and Cloud-based innovation platforms, is hiring a Senior Scrum Master (SSM) with experience supporting large scale, cloud-based transformation initiatives to support one of our long-standing Fortune 100 Retail clients in Beaverton, OR. Candidate will be consultative by nature with the ability to work independently and/or collaboratively. SSM will guide project teams, mentor and provides hands-on support, as part of a global multi-year enterprise transformation project with high complexity and significant impact to the business.

Ideal candidate will have at least 3 years Project Management & Scrum Master experience however we value aptitude and quality over specific years of experience. SSM will structure work, tasks, manage requirements, determine prioritization and essentially act as the first POC for the projects PMs, BSAs, Data Engineers and Analytics Managers. SSM will establish a shared vision with business unit stakeholders by building consensus on priorities and product execution. Key skills will include Jira and Confluence. Good Excel and basic SQL knowledge is preferred however SSM will not be expected to code.

What you bring to the table:

• Seasoned IT PM who can work independently, collaboratively or lead a team
• Develops detailed project plans and assignments, track and control the project milestones, activities and resources.
• Manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring. change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints.
• Supervision of vendor partners and guidance to the project team.
• Provides senior leadership with reports status updates via live presentations.
• Lead cross-functional project teams by prioritizing and coordinating all aspects of project execution.
• Management of relationships and deliverables across global IT and business organizations.
• Work closely with business sponsors, stakeholders and functional owners as needed to ensure well-defined business cases, strategies and project plans.
• Complete project documentation as per PMO best practices and methodology
• Strong leadership and managerial skills.
• Able to work effectively with dispersed, remote and global teams when needed.
• Expertise in creating status dashboards and reports using Confluence, Jira or similar tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• SDLC Methodology - Agile / Scrum / Iterative Development.
• Strong knowledge of analytics / detail oriented / innovative problem resolution
• Provide management and strategic direction to a project team and is shares responsibility.

Additional Details:

• Bachelors degree preferred.
• SSM must be available to work onsite Tue, Wed, Thu and will be remote Mon and Fri.
