Pay & Benefits:

• Base salary 75-100K plus uncapped commission
• Vehicle, cell phone, laptop, and uniform provided by the company on day one
• All travel expenses are covered and Per Diem is provided by the company as needed
• Full medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans with 401k company matching
• Sick time: 40 hours front-loaded when you reach 90 days
• Paid time off: floating holidays & vacation starts accruing after 90 days

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage profitable sales, and acquire customers through our established sales and marketing programs and teams
• Make recommendations to customers regarding the different options they have to resolve their wants and needs
• Answer related questions as to the operation, features, and functions to the homeowner
• Complete the required documentation for each installation, have the client sign, and collect payment
• Acquire self-generated leads through networking, data mining, and referral generation from previous clients
• Identify new business opportunities by performing direct sales activities, and provide support to the administrative personnel as needed

Qualifications:

• 5 or more years of outside sales experience in the Plumbing/Restoration Industry
• Previous experience managing and developing sales teams and KPIs
• Clean driving record

Physical Requirements:

• May travel to a variety of worksites every day in a company vehicle.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 25 pounds. Regularly required to sit, walk, stand, stoop, bend, squat, open doors, and climb/ descend stairs.
• Operate standard office equipment (computers, phones, copier, fax machine or scanner).

Environmental Conditions:

• Climate-controlled Office/Field setting in a company vehicle.
