Position Summary:
Bigfoot Management Group is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. The Administrative Assistant/Receptionist will play a vital role in the smooth functioning of our office. Responsibilities include managing the team calendar, inventory and supplies, processing payments, and handling various office logistics. Additionally, this individual will greet clients, manage phone calls, and assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. College Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or other related field preferred.
Duties:
Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience
