Big Jones is Hiring a Sous Chef Near Chicago, IL

Lauded by Eater's National Restaurant Critic as 'One of the most important Southern restaurants in the country,' Chicago Tribune 3-star restauarnt Big Jones is looking to add a sous chef to our team, and we are looking for a top flight candidate. Fine dining or chef-driven restaurant experience required, along with a relentless pursuit of excellence and perfection.

We believe in work/life balance with a maximum 50-hour work week, two consecutive days off every week, paid vacation, and sick leave. Big Jones operates with strict safety protocols to protect the health of our staff during the Covid pandemic.

Must possess poise under pressure, an even temperament, the ability to expedite 150 cover dinner services with multiple courses while maintaining the highest standards for plating and correct seasoning. Come help lead one of the city's best kitchens.
