Overview:
At Big D Farms we sell bulk THCA flower to distribution companies, wholesalers, and retail chains in the alternative industry.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Account Manager to join our team and help us take our THCA bulk flower business to the next level!
As a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts within your assigned region. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven individual with strong sales and account management skills.
Duties:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the region
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for potential clients
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project implementation
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify strategies for business growth
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to manage client information and track sales activities
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
- Hemp-derived produts sales experience in the hemp industry is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
- Experience with warm calling and lead generation techniques
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for success
We are a 1099 Contract company. This is not a salaried position. We offer compensation via weekly commission payouts on weekly sales.
