Full time Relationship Development Manager -815
The Relationship Development Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry. This position will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, as well as managing existing relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of non-profit organization, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Hybrid option available (minimum 25-30 hrs a week)
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the non-profit organization
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Manage existing relationships
- Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to the sales team
- Track and report on key metrics
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
