Bethlehem Bright Smiles is looking for a competent Office Manager to join our team. You will join a growing company with an amazing work environment and great fun culture. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to our staff. The ideal candidate will have a background of at least 2 years in Dental Practice Management, medical administrative support, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise office staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Oversee the scheduling of appointments and ensure efficient patient flow
• Maintain and update medical records
• Oversee billing and insurance claims processing
• Coordinate office inventory and supplies
• Develop and implement office policies and procedures
• Ensure HIPPA compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Assist with budgeting and financial management
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families

Experience:

• Proven experience in medical office management or a related field
• Strong knowledge of practice management principles and procedures
• Proficient in using Dental Office Management software such as Open Dental
• Experience using Outlook, Word, Excel required
• Familiarity with medical billing processes and insurance claims
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to supervise and lead a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
