As the Human Resources Office Administrator, you will be at the heart of our operations, playing a pivotal role in ensuring smooth office functions and providing crucial support to our HR team. From welcoming visitors with a friendly smile to managing phone calls and messages efficiently, your communication and organizational skills will shine in this dynamic position.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
Our Human Resources Office Administrator will need a blend of skills and experience to thrive in this dynamic role . A high school diploma or GED is a must, while an associate's degree in a related field will set you up for success. With at least two to three years of office experience under your belt and at least one year in human resources, you will be well-equipped to tackle the challenges of this position.
Being bilingual in English and Spanish is a big plus, as is your proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite. Your stellar verbal and written communication skills, top-notch organizational abilities, and keen attention to detail will set you up for success in this role. And of course, your ability to always act with integrity, professionalism, and utmost confidentiality is non-negotiable.
