Job Summary
BMA is seeking a Service Desk Specialist to support the AMPS effort within the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). This individual provides application and network monitoring and escalation, coordinates between Tier 1, 2, 3 support groups, customer support to J6 Subject Matter Experts and end-users, responsible for Enterprise Situational Awareness, aggregates ad-hoc metrics as requested.
Clearance Requirements
Must possess Secret Security Clearance.
Required Skills & Certifications
- Experience in ticket managing system, IT monitoring tools from a user perspective, customer service.
- Minimum six months experience.
- This position requires 8570 IAT Level 2 and corresponding CE requirement.
- Some college experience, six months in related IT position
- Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC) at time of proposal submission.
