- Perform data analysis and review metrics to identify issues and opportunities for process improvements.
- Conduct market research and work with outside sales staff to maintain in-demand inventory and identify growth opportunities for product categories/markets.
- Review external industry forces that may require company response.
- Contribute to company budget planning and performance monitoring.
- Assist with establishment of short-and long-term goals for all accounts and territories.
- Oversee operations for the wholesale division.
- Provide leadership to the wholesale management staff to achieve short- and long-term operational goals.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and execution of the wholesale sales process to achieve short- and long-term goals for the division, with focus on budgeting, sales, inventory management, and maximum profitability.
- Create, implement, and manage strategies and processes to guarantee all product, inbound and outbound, is received and sent timely and securely at each distribution center.
- Foster a culture of safety and ownership, creating an environment conducive to personal development and ensure a robust and engaged workforce throughout the wholesale division.
- Prior Senior Leadership experience in a distribution environment.
- Tire industry experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
