Edge Industrial Staffing is hiring for a General Operations Manager in the Indianapolis IN area.

Daily Responsibilities

• Participate in the company’s morning stretch. If unable or unwilling to stretch, join the group and do deep breathing or meditation exercises.
• Check emails upon arrival in the morning and respond to all emails by end of day.
• Participate in end of day meeting.
• Review end of day summary of productivity results and follow up when necessary.
• Ensure all employees are following and adhering to the GMP & Safety policies of the Company.
• Communicate with internal teams regarding all projects.
• Review end of day shipping results to ensure team is meeting all due dates.

Essential Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience managing warehouses in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of implementing and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve production goals.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining efficiency and meeting deadlines.
• Extensive experience supervising and motivating teams, including senior-level employees, to achieve operational goals.
• Strong understanding of warehouse best practices, safety procedures, and quality control processes.
• Manufacturing background (personal care products industry is a plus).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in warehouse management.
