```Duties``` - Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician - Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior - Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care - Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in electronic medical records (EMR) system - Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures, medications, and self-care techniques - Assist with case management and coordination of patient care services ```Skills``` - Proficient in using Athenahealth or similar electronic medical records (EMR) system - Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting - Ability to suture wounds and perform basic medical procedures - Strong medical documentation skills, including accurate and thorough charting - Knowledge of case management principles and practices - Familiarity with occupational health protocols and physical examinations - Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) - Familiarity with medical coding systems (e.g., ICD-10, CPT) - Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Pay: $46.00 - $50.00 per hour
