Building on our London Studio's success, we're now launching NAMMA in New York in the centre of Manhattan in Flatiron District!

Key Responsibilities

• Perform safe laser treatments using the Lightsense ® Laser system, following our internal treatment protocol

• Receive training from our accredited Lightsense ® course and educate clients on our unique tattoo removal journey

• Serve as a founding member in our New York Studio

• Advise clients on treatment aftercare and assess suitability for treatment

• Build strong rapport with new and regular clients

• Capture and track treatment data through photography and documentation

• Manage client expectations and deliver five-star service with true customer excellence

• Liaise with laser engineers to ensure optimal technical and clinical efficacy

• Document and upload client data, adhering to safety standards and CQC guidelines

• Offer a variety of treatment packages tailored to clients' needs and individual tattoos

• Provide suggestions to management to help shape the business and add value

• Deliver high-quality tattoo removal treatments while prioritizing client safety, satisfaction, and optimal outcomes.

Skills & Expertise

• Registered Nursing License Certification
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong common sense practicality and sound judgment, capable of making sensible decisions in various work situations
• Strong business and operational/sales acumen
• Demonstrating strong wrist agility and strength, capable of comfortably holding the laser handpiece for extended periods
• Understanding of skin anatomy, wound healing processes,

Attention to detail- Diligence in following safety protocols and maintaining meticulous records of client information, treatment plans, and outcomes. Problem-Solving Skills:

• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues that may arise during treatment sessions and take appropriate actions with the laser engineers.

• Patient, adaptable and empathetic communication style and an active listener

• Availability to work flexible rota hours, sometimes including evenings and weekends
