About this Role
Belle is hiring a full time Operations Manager to lead a regional team and all associated operations. The perfect candidate will have a passion for efficient and effective operations as well as an ability to manage and mentor teammates. The Operations Manager is expected to oversee and report on all regional operations while managing the P&L to specific benchmarks. This critical leader will effectively lead a $5M business and 6 direct reports in charge of our technician workforce.
