Bednark Studio Inc. is Hiring an Administrative Assistant (Temp) Near Brooklyn, NY
M-F, 9a-5p with an hour lunch break
THIS POSITION REQUIRES DAILY COMMUTE TO BROOKLYN - REMOTE WORK IS NOT AVAILABLE
This temporary role provides Administrative support to the Controller.
- You will be responsible for handling traffic incoming & outgoing as it pertains to the finance email address.
- Answers questions, direct requests to appropriate parties, and works with other partners effectively to exchange information.
- Manage/respond to all correspondence from vendor billing inquiries.
- Obtain necessary approvals for all invoices submitted to finance.
- Obtain all vendor documentation needed by finance with vendor
- Maintain and organize digital and physical files
- Previous experience in office management or administrative roles is preferred
- Strong computer skills - ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Good Spreadsheets skills (Excel or Google Sheets)
Most importantly, this person must have professional integrity, be trustworthy, mature, and capable of handling confidential information.
