About the Role:
Working collaboratively with staff, the Director of Program Compliance and Continuous Improvement provides an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in data management, contract administration compliance, and/or research and evaluation and a demonstrated commitment to community-based development, leadership, and services such as social services, education and training, financial literacy, career development, business development, physical and mental health to contribute to the continued growth and success of Restoration. The position will report directly to Restoration‘s Executive Vice President for Programs who oversees programming under Restoration‘s Center for Personal Financial Health and the Weatherization Assistance Program.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update an agency-wide dashboard/scorecard and communicate with internal/external stakeholders about its results.
Build capacity for, implement and manage internal systems for conducting ongoing outcomes measurement and assessment.
Oversee the use of data management as a tool in accomplishing program/project objectives and ensure that data is being collected accurately, analyzed appropriately and adapted as needed.
Oversee the ongoing development and refinement of organizational performance management systems working with outside vendors and program teams
Build capacity for, and develop, implement, and manage proactive program services compliance strategies, including regular client file and systems audits, policies and procedures, and processes in line with contract compliance.
Conduct regular audits of programs files, data systems, processes, policies and procedures, as well as sample check–ins with clients, in order to ensure ongoing program service delivery is in compliance with contract or other requirements.
Manage all administrative aspects of program compliance efforts, including all phases of contract registration and other related duties as necessary.
Work with finance department and program teams to facilitate compliance for organizational and funder audits
Monitor and manage updates (including vendor questionnaires) to required contract systems and databases (Statewide Financial System, Passport)
Maintain status of key contracts and funder deliverables to ensure program and organizational compliance
Understand program services and model to make recommendations for process improvements and strategies to increase scale, impact, and effectiveness
Document and write up policies and manuals, disseminate and train teams on implementation
Develop narratives, charts, and PowerPoints to showcase program performance and compliance
Monitor and process grant finances reporting, budget modifications, and closures.
Work with finance teams to complete, compile, and file requisite documents on PASSPort, PIP, and other systems.
Organize and manage files of grants and contracts and associated documents.
Serve as liaison to funders to respond to requests for information required for contract execution and renewal.
Track ongoing deliverables to ensure key benchmarks are met so that funding can be drawn down fully and on a timely basis and renewals.
Prepare and compile grant and contract information for programmatic and organizational audits.
Review RFPs to explore fit for Restoration programs.
Respond to RFPs working with the team to develop narrative and corresponding required materials, including budgets, support letters, etc.
What you bring to the role (Position Requirements):
Master‘s Degree in Public Policy, Social Work, or related field.
At least five years of successful experience with both quantitative and qualitative research methods and/or data management, tool design and validation, and/or compliance.
Exceptional project management, prioritization, and planning skills, with demonstrated success producing high-quality deliverables on time and within budget.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and project management tools such as Monday, AirTable, Microsoft Project, Asana, or another similar tool.
Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and responsibilities simultaneously to meet deadlines.
Experience with system development, testing, and encouraging user adoption.
Excellent analytical skills with experience in data analysis.
Familiarity with FileMaker, Salesforce, or other CRMs, preferred.
