We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator for a Glass Contractor in Las Vegas, NV. This is a direct-hire position with full benefits.
As the Project Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating new project installs from conception to completion.
Responsibilities :
- Conceptual estimating, cost analysis, and estimate coordination for commercial glazing projects
- Review of and development of discipline and multidiscipline material takeoffs
- Material procurement
- Coordination of ordered material with field supervisor
- Reviewing change orders and coordinating with the project estimator
- Attending kick-off meetings
- Update and maintain project binder
- Other responsibilities as assigned
- 3 years experience in construction project coordination
- 1 years of commercial glazing experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specs
- Experience in preparing change-order estimates, and negotiating cost proposals with suppliers and sub-contractors
- GDS and CADD experience a plus
Our Client offers full-time employees Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, PTO, and Paid Holidays (after 90 days of employment). All Candidates must possess a valid Nevada Driver's License (with a good driving record), and be able to pass a background check.
