Job Description:
As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will be the face of Beacon Turf & Design, driving business growth through proactive sales strategies and relationship management. Your role will extend from initial client engagement to the completion of projects, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across various industries, adapting your approach to meet diverse needs.
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation through project completion, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.
- Deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients and partners.
- Regularly engage in phone outreach and maintain consistent communication with potential and existing clients.
- Represent the company at industry and community events.
- Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions, sales progress, and project outcomes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in construction or related industries.
- Proven ability to achieve sales quotas.
- Strong phone communication skills and experience in conducting multiple sales calls per day.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated experience managing sales projects from initiation to completion.
- Required experience with CRM systems.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
