**Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a drive to exceed sales targets. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and interact with a diverse customer base.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify and target new business opportunities in the market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities
- Conduct outside sales visits to present services to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers
- Provide technical sales support to customers as needed
**Skills:**
- Proven experience in outside sales or related field
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport
- Proficiency in negotiating and closing sales deals
- Knowledge of paint sales is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
