BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Administrative Assistant II for an opportunity in Hillsboro, OR!
Title: Administrative Assistant II
Shift: 8am-5pm, Monday -Friday
Job Type: 100% onsite.
Address: Hillsboro, OR

Job Description:
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
· Internal department communications.
· Contributions to DMO and MandO newsletters and communications.
· SharePoint and Teams management.
· Phone management.
· Office supplies procurement including computer peripherals.
· Facilitating large group meetings.
· Visitor scheduling and coordination.
· Office space and locker management.
· Providing assistance with hiring and onboarding new employees.
The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits:
· Attention to detail.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Candidate must possess a High School Diploma.
· 3 years of administrative experience such as:
· Calendar management including coordinating complex meetings.
· Online tools such as expense reports, Travel tools, purchasing tools, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
· Experience booking domestic and international travel.
